Job Overview

Sacco Mann is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will provide administrative support to our consultants, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our recruitment consultants, including data entry, document preparation, and candidate communication.
  • Assist in maintaining our online presence, including web-based advertising and social media management.
  • Draft marketing materials, such as mailshots and blog posts, to support our recruitment efforts.
  • Manage and maintain our recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct research to identify new clients and markets for business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with consultants to maintain consistent contact with candidates and clients.
  • Respond to candidate applications, both via phone and email.
  • Support consultants in searching for suitable candidates and arranging interviews.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of office-based experience, preferably in professional services.
  • Experience in customer services is an advantage.
  • A hard-working individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, with both colleagues and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including desktop applications and online marketing tools.
  • A positive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to show initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
