Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated part-time or full-time Concierge / Driver to enhance our esteemed team at a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the picturesque Lake District. The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Exhibit a strong commitment to excellence in guest service and hospitality
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of local attractions and points of interest in the Lake District
  • Communicate effectively with guests, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and a helpful attitude
  • Bring prior experience in a customer-facing position
  • Utilize basic computer and IT skills effectively

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must:

  • Hold a valid Private Hire Vehicle license or Private Hire Taxi license, or be open to training opportunities

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £11.75 to £13.25 per hour (equivalent to £24,440 to £27,560 annually)
Tips: £150 - £230 monthly (pro rata for part-time hours)
Accommodation: Subsidized lodging available on-site or in the nearby town
Staff Transport: Complimentary transport provided between staff accommodations and the hotel
Working Hours: Flexible part-time hours available
