We are seeking empathetic and dedicated Support Workers/Healthcare Assistants who are committed to providing exceptional one-on-one care for our clients, fostering positive relationships with them and their families, and empowering them to maintain as much independence as possible in their own homes.

About Our Client

Our client is a young gentleman in his 20s who resides with his family.

We deliver specialized overnight care on a one-to-one basis to address his intricate care requirements.

He is a courteous and sociable individual with a wonderful sense of humor and a solid understanding of his care needs.

He enjoys spending quality time with his family and care team, socializing with friends, and engaging with his computer.

During the night, your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, repositioning, clinical monitoring, and addressing any medical needs to ensure a restful night.

Our client has specifically requested female staff to join their care team.

To excel in this position, it is crucial that you have experience in the following areas:

  • A minimum of 3 months of prior care experience
  • Proficiency in Medication Administration
  • Experience in Personal Care
  • Skills in Moving and Handling

Experience with the following clinical needs is preferred, but not mandatory for consideration:

  • Oxygen Administration
  • Bowel Management
  • Experience with Learning Disabilities

Available Shifts:

  • Part-Time Night Shifts – 2 shifts per week
  • 9:45 PM - 7:45 AM
  • Weekend availability is required for this role

Compensation Details:

Weeknight Rate: £15.50 per hour (Approx. £155 for a 10-hour shift)

Saturday Rate: £15.50 per hour (Approx. £155 for a 10-hour shift)

Sunday Rate: £16.50 per hour (Approx. £165 for a 10-hour shift)
