Job Title: Care Support Worker (Temp) - Autism Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Regent Care Recruitment. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults with Autism and complex healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with Autism and complex healthcare needs in both community and Supported Living settings.
  • Skilfully manage challenging behaviors and provide compassionate personal care when needed.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of service users.

Requirements:

  • A background rich in care experience, preferably in a similar role or setting.
  • Deep commitment to the role and the well-being of service users, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
