Creative Support is in search of a compassionate, dependable, and proactive Relief Support Worker to become part of our dedicated and enthusiastic staff team.

At our lively service, we deliver exceptional care and assistance to individuals with diverse support requirements, primarily focusing on learning disabilities.

No two days will be alike as we empower our service users to pursue their interests and participate in a wide array of activities, including:
engaging in physical exercise, tending to gardens, baking, exploring arts and crafts, and much more.


Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Delivering personal care, managing medication, and assisting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Motivating service users to take part in various enjoyable social activities.
  • Building warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, ensuring they have a fulfilling experience.


This Relief Support Worker role allows you to select shifts that fit your schedule, making it ideal for balancing personal commitments, studies, or caregiving duties.

You will receive weekly payments for your work.


Previous experience in a care-related position is a crucial requirement for this relief role, and successful candidates must complete mandatory induction training to commence their duties.

Having a driving license is preferred for this position.
