The Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our global sales strategy within the payments sector. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including sales teams, product leaders, and agency partners, to develop effective sales materials and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the global strategy for sales enablement, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and market demands.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and regional teams to create and implement tailored sales content strategies.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of new sales collateral, utilizing insights from customer personas and data analytics.
- Oversee the onboarding and management of creative agencies responsible for producing sales content that aligns with our brand and messaging.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to enhance customer journeys for key client segments, delivering relevant content at each stage.
- Possess strong copywriting and editing skills to create compelling narratives for our customers when necessary.
- Manage the content repository, partnering with Operations to optimize content storage and usage based on regular reviews.
- Support the establishment of a comprehensive sales training framework to ensure uniformity in content and processes across regions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales enablement initiatives through continuous feedback from sales and commercialization partners.
Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant graduate degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2 years in sales enablement or business development.
- Demonstrated passion and experience in the payments and fintech industry.
- Experience managing commercial content agencies effectively.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy, particularly in financial services and payments.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration skills across various functions.
- Ability to navigate and manage intricate cross-enterprise processes.
- Strong global business perspective with effective cross-cultural communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about developing go-to-market strategies for a rapidly evolving business unit.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to articulate compelling messages to both management and external partners.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and collaborative.
- Outstanding communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
