Job Description

Marshall Moore is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing invoices, allocating client receipts, and identifying unallocated funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices onto our system daily and pay them on a weekly or daily payment run.
  • Client Receipts: Allocate client receipts and identify what they represent.
  • Unallocated Funds: Identify and manage unallocated funds.
  • BACS Payments: Process BACS payments onto the bank.
  • Internal Reporting: Run internal reports for month-end and other key periods.
