Accounts Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team at SJC Partners. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance Team with daily and monthly tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Purchase Ledger Function, including supplier payment runs and administration of invoice and credit card systems.
  • Monitor the finance email inbox and respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Proficient user of Excel and other financial software.
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable (minimum 6 months).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Confident in a fast-paced commercial environment.
