Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for processing payments, carrying out financial reconciliations, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage gift aid procedures across the organisation
  • Manage donations of funds in accordance with HMRC guidelines
  • Distribute funding donations across services within the organisation
  • Assist with financial audits
  • Monitor company spends in line with funds received
  • Monitor banking transactions
  • Month-end control and review preparation
  • Manage any debtors and overdue payments
  • Purchase ledger processing and allocation of costs

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar accounting role
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
