About the Role

Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our Individual Giving Team based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our agency Face-to-Face programme, driving growth and innovation in our fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan, develop, and implement our agency Face-to-Face programme, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment.
  • Manage the performance of the agency programme, including overseeing all campaigns and setting, monitoring, and reviewing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Develop strategic and operational plans for the year, including donor forecasts and project plans, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Continually evolve the programme, improving lifetime value and expanding our agency portfolio, through innovative ideas and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners and build new ones, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage an expenditure budget of c. £4 million, ensuring a breakeven of under 36 months.
  • Lead and manage the Direct Marketing Officer, providing guidance and support to ensure successful programme delivery.
