We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to join our team in a Retail Loan Specialist role. As a key member of our Personal Banking Department, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Department in establishing and implementing personal banking and bank-wide strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining healthy retail banking business growth, including improving assets quality.
  • Lead and improve the entire mortgage processing procedure by working closely with related departments to drive enhanced efficiency and productivity from frontline to back office.
  • Undertake increased responsibilities for risk management.
  • Assist in developing new products/services in credit facility range and reviewing products pricing policy.
  • Take responsibility for the performance of retail credit facility and ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience of the mortgage industry and loan documentation.
  • Working knowledge of regulations affecting financial services.
  • Good Standard of Written Chinese and English.
  • A self-confident communicator, and team player with attention to details and good time management skills.
