Order Desk Coordinator

Temporary Position
Location: Irlam/M44
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5:30PM with opportunity for 2pm - 10pm shift
Hourly Rate: £14.00
This is a temporary contract with potential for long-term or permanent position.
Our client is seeking a Customer Service professional with experience in Telecoms/Engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Take calls and queries from Providers and Engineers
- Work closely with Field Support teams and internal teams to update on order/installation progress
- Update Salesforce CRM system and live trackers
- Prepare daily and weekly reports to internal teams
- Keep customers updated throughout installation process
- Efficient case management and dealing with cases through to completion
- Previous Customer Service/Administration/Co-ordination experience required
- Experience with CRM, ideally Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail essential for data checking
