This organization fosters a supportive team environment across its various offices and sectors, serving a diverse clientele from multiple industries, which makes the role of Tax and Accounts Senior in their Preston office particularly engaging.
Role Overview
In the position of Tax and Accounts Senior, your primary responsibilities will include the preparation of corporate, personal, and partnership tax returns for a diverse array of clients. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating year-end tax returns and financial statements for sole proprietors, partnerships, and limited companies. You will also handle VAT returns, which will be reviewed by a senior member of the tax and accounts team.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate for the Tax and Accounts Senior role will possess AAT or ATT qualifications, along with experience in tax and accounting within a reputable accountancy firm. If you are not yet qualified, study support will be available. Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and CCH Central would be advantageous.
A strong commitment to teamwork and client engagement is essential.
