About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer marketing efforts and drive growth through retention and upsell strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy to maximize income from our existing customer base.
  • Lead a team of professionals to harness market, campaign, and customer insight to deliver targeted marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives.
  • Utilize data and customer segmentation to inform marketing decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies to deliver award-winning below-the-line work.

Requirements:

  • Senior leadership experience in a complex organization, with a proven track record of leading large teams and influencing at board level.
  • Extensive experience in developing customer marketing strategy, marcomms execution, and leading successful marcomms campaigns to deliver financial targets.
  • Deep understanding and experience of below-the-line customer marketing to maximize income from an existing customer base.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.

About the Team:

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of approximately 40 professionals, working across four teams to drive marketing, fundraising, and engagement efforts.
