Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design and deliver high-quality training programs that support the development of our customer service team. This includes creating engaging training materials, planning and delivering training events, and maintaining training records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and design training materials that meet the needs of our business and support the development of our customer service team.
  • Plan and deliver training events that are engaging and effective in supporting the development of our customer service team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including tracking participant progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve knowledge and adopt best practices in training and development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in training and development, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
Key Measures of Success

To be successful in this role, you will be measured on your ability to:

  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our business.
  • Improve customer satisfaction ratings and first contact resolution rates.
  • Enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in training design and delivery in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft and Google Suite.
  • Expert knowledge of learning styles and the ability to identify and match them to appropriate delivery techniques.
  • Ability to successfully use a range of training media, including presentation equipment, CBT, web-based tools, etc.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to work across multiple operational and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
