We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team at Allwyn UK, a leading lottery operator. As a key member of our Customer and Retail Care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that support the induction, customer service skills, product knowledge, technical skills, and compliance of our colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training design and delivery in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering training and quality needs in a regulatory environment. They will be able to use Microsoft and Google Suite, and have expert knowledge of learning styles and the ability to identify and match them to appropriate delivery techniques.

As a Learning Experience Developer, you will create and design engaging training materials and tools that meet the needs of our business. You will also plan, design, deliver, and manage the multiskilling curriculum and training events in accordance with business needs, skills gap analysis, preferred learning styles, and departmental budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining training management records, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external training bodies, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert. They will also provide support for new technologies and upskill the Customer & Retail Care Team in line with any process or procedural updates.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong influencing skills, working across multi-operational and stakeholder groups to build consensus and plans to support operational training and quality delivery. You will also need to have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
