Your responsibilities will encompass safeguarding staff, patients, and visitors while effectively managing unexpected incidents. Experience in customer service is preferred, as a calm yet authoritative demeanor is essential for this role. Some responsibilities will include control room operations.
Key Responsibilities
You will encounter challenging situations involving difficult or aggressive individuals, as well as patients and visitors. Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities
Essential qualifications for this role include strong communication skills, a solid understanding of written and spoken English, the ability to remain composed under pressure, and the capacity to maintain focus for extended periods.
Comprehensive training will be provided, but prior experience in security within a healthcare or educational setting is advantageous.
Applicants must hold a full, clean manual driving license, ideally for a minimum of two years.
Work Hours
The hours of work will be as required, based on a 37.5-hour week on a pro-rata basis, with scheduled shifts including 12-hour periods during weekends, nights, and holidays.
