We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Community Safety Officers. As a Community Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in helping to keep our communities safe by identifying and addressing potential threats. You will work closely with local residents, community leaders, and other stakeholders to prevent harm and promote a sense of security.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with community leaders and residents to understand their concerns and needs
  • Working with local businesses and organizations to develop and implement community safety initiatives
  • Providing support and guidance to victims of crime and their families
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in community safety
  • Working with other agencies to develop and implement strategies to prevent crime and promote community safety

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English grade A*-C/9-4 or a Level 2 equivalent
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
