HR-CL Limited is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to collaborate with the Head Chef at our dynamic new establishment.

The ideal candidate will be a cooperative team member with a strong passion for culinary arts and a deep appreciation for the independent dining scene.

This venue will focus on fresh ingredients, offering elevated pub classics, brunch options, Sunday roasts, and dishes that reflect restaurant-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen.
  • Prepare a variety of menu items, with a commitment to in-house preparation.
  • Oversee kitchen operations and manage shifts in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Lead the kitchen team when the Head Chef is unavailable.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Annual salary of £35,000.
