About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our client's team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Manage the kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Develop and implement kitchen procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create menus that meet the needs of our clients and guests.

About Our Client

Our client is a 4-star hotel located just outside the historic city of Gloucester. The hotel attracts both business and leisure guests and offers a range of amenities, including a restaurant, bar, and conference facilities.

Please note that accommodation is not available with this role, so candidates should only apply if they are able to commute to the Gloucester area on a daily basis.
