About the Role:
Mixxos Group is seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that distributors across Europe can update their e-commerce platforms with the latest product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product data within our Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Guide distributors in importing, classifying, validating, and cleansing their product data.
- Advise and train distributors on how to best present their data from our PIM platform.
- Ensure data governance processes are followed and develop knowledge on how to fully use the PIM platform.
- Assist in the development of the platform in conjunction with the Marketing Team.
- Add data to both the Ebay and Amazon sales channels when required.
- Provide excellent customer service, productivity, and optimal use of the PIM platform to distributors in the UK and Europe.
Requirements:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create pivot tables and perform lookups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
