Your Role:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Recovery Coach to deliver focused and assertive support to adults and families dealing with substance use and alcohol-related challenges.

As a Recovery Coach, you will offer a holistic service to adults grappling with drug and/or alcohol issues. Your support will align with the integrated recovery pathway and adhere to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support and guidance to individuals facing complex situations.
- Assess the needs of service users and develop risk management strategies.
- Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans while monitoring progress towards recovery goals.

You will collaborate with various professionals and service providers to ensure clients access the best available resources and support.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 39 hours of work per week.

Qualifications:
- Reliability, adaptability, and a positive outlook.
- Experience in supporting individuals recovering from addiction and mental health issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented care systems, trauma-informed practices, and MAT standards.
