Assistant Principal Curriculum (Young People & SEND)

Lead Curriculum Development for FEA

FEA, a leading provider of further and higher education, seeks an experienced leader to drive curriculum innovation and excellence in teaching and learning. As Assistant Principal Curriculum (Young People and SEND), you will provide strategic leadership and direction for our curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of young people and students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum strategies that foster an inclusive environment for all students.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for young people and students with SEND.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure curriculum alignment with FEA's mission and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes.
