Curriculum Team Leader for Social Care

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Curriculum Team Leader to join our Early Years, Education and Social Care department at Bradford College.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Curriculum area, with a focus on curriculum delivery, performance management, and development for Social Care and Community Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of School to plan and manage the performance of all courses and curriculum area operations.
  • Support the Head of School in planning, innovation, design, and development of curriculum provision and cross-College marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with professional regulatory bodies' criteria.
  • Support the Head of School in deploying the curriculum area budget efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide course costings and resource information to ensure a quality experience for students and appropriate working resources for staff.
  • Work with staff to ensure full compliance with College procedures and systems, reporting on KPIs.
  • Be responsible for the performance, management, and development of curriculum area staff, including setting targets, monitoring KPIs, managing performance, attendance, recruitment, AWAMs, induction, appraisals, and curriculum-related staff development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in curriculum management and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum delivery, performance management, and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
