**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Team Leader to join our Early Years, Education and Social Care department at Bradford College.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Head of School to plan and manage the performance of all courses within the Curriculum area.
- Support the Head of School in the planning, innovation, design, and development of curriculum provision and cross-College marketing activities.
- Ensure that the professional regulatory bodies' criteria are successfully met.
- Support the Head of School to deploy the curriculum area budget allocation efficiently and effectively.
- Provide course costings and information relating to resources, ensuring a quality experience for students and appropriate working resources and development for staff.
- Work with staff to ensure full compliance with all College procedures and systems and report on these via KPIs.
- Be responsible for the performance, management, and development of the curriculum area staff, including setting targets, monitoring KPIs, managing performance, attendance, recruitment, AWAMs, induction, appraisals, and curriculum-related staff development.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in curriculum development and management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of professional regulatory bodies' criteria.
