Curriculum Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Curriculum Team Leader to join our Early Years, Education and Social Care department at Bradford College.
As a Curriculum Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Curriculum area, with a focus on curriculum delivery, performance management, and development for Social Care and Community Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of School to plan and manage the performance of all courses and curriculum area staff.
- Support the Head of School in planning, innovation, design, and development of curriculum provision and cross-College marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with professional regulatory bodies' criteria.
- Manage the curriculum area budget allocation and provide course costings and resource information.
- Monitor and report on College procedures and systems via KPIs.
- Lead the performance, management, and development of curriculum area staff, including setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and managing performance, attendance, recruitment, and staff development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in curriculum management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of curriculum delivery, performance management, and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders.
