Job Description

Micheldever Tyre Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide administrative and advisory support to our business areas, including Retail, Wholesale, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Update and maintain the HR database and other HR-related files.
  • Support the HR Business Partners with Employee Relations (ER) case management and attend ER hearings.
  • Liaise with Payroll regarding contractual changes, including new starters, leavers, and changes to pay and hours of work.
  • Input employee data, such as new starters, leavers, and employee changes, and set up and maintain employee files.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a HR Advisor in an ER advisory capacity.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification.
