About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in the Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality management service to our customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving targeted profitability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of Lodge Managers to ensure excellent customer service and effective property management
- Controlling expenditure and producing budgets and accounts for presentation to lessees
- Negotiating with contractors and overseeing their performance
- Supporting the professional development of team members, including performance reviews and recruitment processes
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external landlords and residents
The ideal candidate will have proven management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with numerical data. You will be self-motivated, able to handle conflict, and possess excellent IT skills, including experience with MS Office applications.
