Job Title: Data Governance Manager

BNP Paribas Personal Finance is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data risks, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.
  • Design and implement data quality frameworks to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain data governance documentation, including data protection impact assessments and records of processing activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on data governance best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data governance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data protection regulations, including UK GDPR and BCBS239.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
