About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Governance Business Partner to join our team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our Governance and Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure and compliant management of our data and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Governance and Assurance team in delivering a proactive programme of information governance projects, audits, and tasks.
  • Work closely with teams across the Group to take a preventative approach to information governance.
  • Manage corporate relationships and collaborate with teams to achieve information governance objectives.
  • Respond to customer data rights and support data protection impact assessments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective information governance practices.
Requirements
  • A Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection or Freedom of Information, or around 3 years of experience in an information governance role.
  • Proven experience of managing corporate relationships and working collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven experience of responding to customer data rights.
  • Experience of supporting data protection impact assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
