About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Collingwood Grange Care Home in Camberley. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of the care home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements
- NMC-Registered: You hold a valid NMC pin and are committed to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
- Positive Attitude: Your energy and enthusiasm create a supportive work environment.
