Clinical Psychologist/CBT Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist/CBT Therapist to join our team as a Senior Clinician. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, delivering high-quality mental health services to children and young people.
As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising the development of Early Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) in your team, building a culture of high-quality clinical practice. You will also take the lead in building relationships with senior leaders in schools, providing regular case consultation, support, and advice.
We welcome applications from candidates with a range of professional backgrounds, including Clinical Psychology, CBT Therapy, Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Child Psychotherapy, and Mental Health Nursing. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant safeguarding and mental health legislation, as well as the ability to motivate, guide, and support staff to develop.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality mental health services, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice. You will be able to work effectively with partners in education, multi-agency partners, children, young people, and their families, and demonstrate a commitment to improving services to increase efficiency and enhance patient experience.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this post is £48,270 to £54,931 per annum, inclusive of high cost area payments. We also offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
