About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work as an Aspiring Clinical Psychologist / SEN Support Assistant at a lovely school in Surrey. The school has a deep focus on addressing the educational, social, and therapeutic needs of students, focusing on individual happiness and well-being where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

This role is an amazing opportunity to put your studies to practice and gain hands-on experience supporting vulnerable children with additional needs. You will be working alongside teachers and specialist staff to support students with learning difficulties, including autism, sensory impairments, physical difficulties, social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, and associated challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide consistency and support to students with complex needs
* Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to develop and implement individualized plans
* Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, and Counsellors to ensure comprehensive support
