We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team at Henry Martin Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of commercial office and life sciences projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met and construction progress is on track.
- Monitor and address any issues or delays that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved and client expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering commercial schemes (£25M+) from start to finish.
- Experience working in a tier 1 contracting environment.
- PCSA / 2nd stage tender experience.
