About the Role

Prestige Skills is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enquiry Management: Respond to and progress customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Workforce Scheduling: Schedule work for our field-based workforce and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment of new engineers for our field-based workforce.
  • Communication: Handle emails, letters, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, taking on new tasks and assisting others as needed.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
