Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the courier and parcel delivery industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
