Job Title: Community Fundraising Officer
Job Summary:
Huntress is seeking a highly skilled Community Fundraising Officer to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful community and events fundraising program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community and events fundraising strategy to engage with existing and potential supporters.
- Plan and deliver a range of events, including golf days, live music events, and Christmas markets, to raise awareness and funds for Huntress.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community groups, and organizations to secure sponsorships and donations.
- Manage and analyze data to track the success of fundraising efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote fundraising events and activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, and event attendees to ensure a positive experience and build loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community and events fundraising, with a track record of success in developing and executing fundraising strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools to track and measure fundraising performance.
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations, health and safety requirements, and general laws.
