Job Summary: Hamilton Woods Associates is seeking a highly skilled ASB Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for tackling low and high risk ASB cases, providing ASB prevention and enforcement, and investigating complaints of anti-social behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tackle high risk ASB cases that are going to court, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve disputes and prevent further incidents.
• Provide ASB prevention and enforcement, working closely with local authorities and community groups to identify and address the root causes of anti-social behaviour.
• Investigate complaints of anti-social behaviour, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to build a comprehensive understanding of the issue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ASB prevention and enforcement, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret evidence.
