Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Community and Events Fundraising Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive community and events fundraising strategy that engages our existing and potential supporters. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to make a meaningful contribution to our organization and help us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a community and events fundraising strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community partners.
  • Plan and execute a range of events and activities that engage our supporters and raise vital funds for our organization.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to promote our events and activities through various channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our community and events fundraising strategy and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community and events fundraising, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong event planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our community and events fundraising strategy.
