Operations Manager for Children's Homes

Chroma Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our client's team, a leading provider of children's care services. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our care homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of our care homes, including staff supervision, disciplinary procedures, and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies for improving care quality and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with our regional managers to ensure seamless integration of new homes into our existing network.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Ofsted, local authorities, and other external partners.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in children's care management, preferably in a regional or operations management role.
  • Proven track record of improving care quality and service delivery in a children's care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
