We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Chroma Recruitment. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Children's Homes in Bury, ensuring the safeguarding of our residents and managing disciplinaries.
The ideal candidate will have a good background in Ofsted and experience in managing KPIs. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Homes, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of care.
