Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development professional to join our team at Fin, a trailblazing sustainable logistics company based in the UK. This is a pivotal role that will directly contribute to our ambitious fundraising goals and international expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fundraising: Play a key role in securing our Series A funding round, preparing pitch materials, conducting investor outreach, and participating in negotiations.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that drive our expansion in Europe and beyond.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, assess competitive landscapes, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Due Diligence: Lead due diligence efforts for potential investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
