Position Title: Kitchen Chef

Role Overview

As a Kitchen Chef at Benugo, you will be integral to ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction through high-quality service and culinary excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a specific kitchen section and supervising the preparation and cooking of menu items
  • Assisting the Head Chef or Sous Chef with food preparation tasks
  • Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve collective goals
  • Staying informed about company products and operational procedures
  • Engaging in strategic initiatives as required

Qualifications

WHAT WE SEEK:

Minimum educational qualification of Leaving Cert

NVQ certification or equivalent

Progressive experience in catering

Strong passion for culinary arts and customer service

Creativity in menu design and food presentation

Excellent communication abilities
