New Wine Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Management professional to lead our events team. As the Head of Events, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events that align with our organisational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the events team to ensure the successful delivery of all New Wine events.
- Develop and implement event strategies that meet the needs of our delegates and stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of events, including content development, logistics, and delegate management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets and finances for events, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Proven experience in event management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale events.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning for events.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
