At RES Exhibits, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining clear communication with the leadership team, internal stakeholders, and external customers while supporting the VP of Finance and Controller.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax accounting and experience in preparing reports, maintaining general ledgers, and accounts payable files. You will be responsible for monthly reconciliation of AP ledger accounts, inventory, show services, prepaid insurance, and tax, as well as fixed asset review and analysis to ensure accurate tax reporting, proper management, and efficient utilization.

You will also be responsible for reconciling banking and loans, company credit card statements related to travel expenses, and inter-company accounts. Additionally, you will serve as the back-up for the A/P and A/R specialist in producing invoices, validating purchase orders, and packing slips.

The Financial Analyst will analyze vendor invoices and credit card receipts to determine sales tax compliance, manage timely and accurate payroll, accrual, and journal entries, and support the Finance team in tracking and reconciling corporate asset purchases.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and 5+ years of corporate tax accounting experience in a manufacturing environment or entrepreneurial company. You will be a team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
