Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at RES Exhibits. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with the leadership team, staff, and overseeing the day-to-day accounting work as well as financial analytics, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and various financial modeling tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support VP Finance in ensuring that general ledger and all related accounts have proper documentation and records for all company transactions.
  • Prepare entries for the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers to assure accuracy and compliance with the RES accounting principles as well as industry standards.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
  • Handle cash reporting including lines of credit and the issuance, monitoring, and payments of company credit cards.
  • Complete monthly WIP and inventory reports.
  • Manage annual process of overhead inventory rate calculations.
  • Oversee government tax reporting.
  • Assist in the annual business planning and budgeting process.
  • Manage the annual external review process.
  • Oversee fixed asset management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Master's degree a plus.
  • Ability to exercise judgment in performing subjective accounting analysis.
