Lead Urology Scrub Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Urology Scrub Practitioner to join our team at a state-of-the-art private hospital in Central London. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of £60,500, plus a 4% shift enhancement and an excellent benefits package.

About the Role

In this key leadership position, you will provide clinical oversight and support colleagues to plan, monitor, and evaluate skilled and appropriate care for patients undergoing different forms of robotic and urology surgery. You will be the go-to person for Urology surgery, supporting Consultants and the wider management team with the efficient running of the department, prioritizing patient safety and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to colleagues in planning, monitoring, and evaluating patient care
  • Support Consultants and the management team in the efficient running of the Urology department
  • Ensure patient safety and clinical outcomes are prioritized
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience as a Lead Urology Scrub Practitioner. Experience working with Davinci Xi is desirable, but full training can be provided.
