Kind Support Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join the Urology team at a luxury private hospital in London.

As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of urological surgeries, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients. From maintaining a pristine sterile environment to collaborating closely with a talented surgical team, your expertise will be the key to success.

The hospital is a 56-bedded acute hospital specialising in Colorectal, Urology, Orthopaedics, Men's Health and Women's Health, provided by a friendly, professional, and supportive team focused on being a centre of excellence for a wide variety of surgical procedures and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scrubbing and Circulating
  2. Ensure the availability, functionality, and proper care of instruments required for urological procedures.
  3. Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other members of the surgical team to optimise patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. NMC or HCPC registration.
  2. A Theatre Scrub Practitioner with a proven track record and passion for urological procedures.
  3. Collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with surgeons, anaesthetists, and fellow team members.
  4. Dedication to patient advocacy, providing compassionate care and support throughout the perioperative journey.
  5. A commitment to upholding our hospital's exacting standards of excellence in surgical care.

Job Details:

  1. Full-time, Permanent
  2. £41,500.38-£42,000.57 per year
