We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in our Neuro Theatre department. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the smooth running of operations and provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with NMC standards and Trust policies.
- Work effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in the teaching and supervision of junior staff and student learners.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care.
- Contribute to the development of the department through participation in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration.
- Significant experience in the specialty being recruited to.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
