We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Executive to join our team at Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). As a Client Services Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of client marketing campaigns, working closely with our editorial, marketing, sales, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Campaign Management: Daily tracking and execution of campaign activity for clients, including email marketing, webinar setup, advertising copy chasing, profile updates, and more.
  • Project Coordination: Coordination of project status from initial stage through to completion.
  • Communication: Provide timely communication between departments and clients regarding delivery, tracking, and performance - alerting to delays and potential overruns.
  • Data Analysis: Pull campaign data from multiple sources to aid in the creation of campaign performance reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend and contribute to regular production meetings.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor processes and input on potential improvements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Project Planning: Create, communicate, and execute project work plans and revise, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholder input and requirements making sure relevant information is communicated and team members are always up to date.
  • Technology Utilization: Use CRM, email, and reporting platforms, as needed, to update content/data/dashboards.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain performance tracking and reporting processes (internal).
  • Risk Management: Minimize and mitigate for exposure and risk on projects.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, or related subject matter; Or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
  • Experience: Experience of working in an office and/or client-facing environment.
  • Marketing/Media Experience: Marketing/media experience, either through a degree program and/or on-the-job work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, patient, and precise at disseminating information.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, project planning, presentation, and time management skills with careful attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Teamwork: Problem solver and keen to keep improving processes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and in a team setting, with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in-office and/or remotely according to GMAC's hybrid work environment.
